Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product condition (grading) was incorrectly described. You must provide proof and submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery via . Returns for wrong sizing or other reasons are not accepted.
If Polovault has indeed made an error in the condition (grading) of the polo, you may return the item to us at our expense. Once the polo has been returned and received by us, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will release the refund within 48 hours. The full amount will then be refunded to the customer’s original payment method within a few business days.
